PLOT:
The adventures of young Ramona Quimby (Joey King) and her big sister Beezus (Selena Gomez) come to life in this all new film based on the best-selling books (over 30 million...and counting) by Beverly Cleary. Ramona's vivid imagination, boundless energy, and accident-prone antics keep everyone she meets on their toes. But her irrepressible sense of fun, adventure and mischief come in handy when she puts her mind to helping save her family's home.
Movie Review:
I usually follow made-for-TV family movies, but like Toy Story 3, this movie looks to be a great family film made for the Theater, that is actually rated "G".
This movie follows the misadventures of young grade schooler Ramona Quimby from Beverly Cleary's popular children's book series.
I clearly remember the Ramona Book Series as a little girl... I always looked forward to seeing it in our weekly reader list. My favorite was Ramona the Pest.
I look forward to seeing this family movie.
