Christmas Movies in July - 2011

I know we were all hoping one of the Cable Networks would do a Special "Christmas in July" airing of Movies. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that any Channel has this type of programming scheduled.
However, I did a search... and amongst various types of Sitcoms with a Christmas theme, such as: Home Improvement, Everybody Loves Raymond, Frasier, etc... I have found a few Christmas Movies, too!


Christmas Movies in July:

*Alvin and the Chipmunks will air Saturday, July 9th, at 9 AM on Disney XD. (Features the classic Chipmunk Christmas Song, "Christmas Don't Be Late". Read my Movie Review)

*National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation will air on the Comedy Channel - Sunday, July 10th, at 3 PM and July 11th at 2 PM. (Please, Beware of Language, etc... especially on this Channel!)





*Trapped in Paradise will air on Encore, July 9th and Fox Movie Channel, July 13th at 4 AM and 6 PM. (Please, Beware of Language, Violence, etc... This is not for family viewing. Includes slapstick comedy much like a Lampoons Movie!)




*Jingle All the Way will air on HBO Family - Sunday, July 10, at 3:25 PM






*The Santa Clause 2 will air various times this month, on Starz - Sat,Jul 9 4:25pm, Sun,Jul 10 11:55am, Tue,Jul 12 7:10pm, Wed,Jul 13 4:50am, Wed,Jul 13 1:20pm, Thu,Jul 21 5:05pm (This is a Great Movie for the entire Family! Our Family loves all the Santa Clause Films!)




*Miracle on 34th Street (1947) will air on TCM - Wednesday, July 20th, at 8:30 AM (A Wonderful Classic Family Christmas Film!)





*Home Alone 2 : Lost in New York will air on Disney XD Monday July 25th at 10 AM and Tuesday July 26th at 7:30 AM.





Enjoy these Specials! Please beware that I cautioned two of these films for family viewing. Otherwise, I hope they will put you and your family in the early Christmas Spirit!
